Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales representative to join the team of one of our clients, active in a high-value B2B consulting sector. As a key support to the sales department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with Dutch-speaking clients.
You will report directly to the Sales Director and work closely with other team members to ensure effective customer service and optimize business opportunities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Following up on customer inquiries and providing appropriate responses
- Supporting the sales team with lead processing and sales opportunities
- Monitoring contracts and ensuring their proper execution through to completion
- Maintaining accurate reporting of interactions and business opportunities in the CRM
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Required skills:
- Perfect command of Dutch – essential
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Previous experience in internal sales, sales support, or customer service
- Good command of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
